Shweta Tripathi said I want to do projects that I personally like to watch. So when I was offered Mirzapur I signed the web series after reading first two episodes.
I was like I just wanted to be part of the web series because of the world that they have created. She further stated that her role was not even there in first two episodes when she signed Mirzapur.
We audience loved her as Golu in Mirzapur. And we are excited to see her in Mirzapur Season 3. We wish actress, all the best for her future projects.
Shweta Tripathy also added that story sells over anything. If the story is good then violence is not going to be part of it or is not going to be main reason for success. She also has given example of movies like 3 Idiots, Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hain, saying that movies like this did well with good story than using voilence or actions scenes.
